Zach Sands

Zach Sands is a native to Salado where he was raised by his parents Larry and Cathy Sands.  Zach attended Salado High School where he grew up playing golf at Mill Creek.  After graduation he attended Texas Tech University where he was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.  Zach graduated from Texas Tech in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications.  With over 7 years of sales experience, Zach entered the mortgage industry in 2004, employed with America’s #1 Home Lender, Countrywide Mortgage.  In Countrywide’s compliance division, he was a corporate trainer, supporting proper home loan programs and procedures.  With his mortgage and sales experience Zach brings a technical knowledge to the real estate industry.
